Affiliate Program Terms & Compliance Policy
Please read these terms carefully before participating in the AIMuseClub Affiliate Referral Program. By generating or sharing your referral links, you agree to be bound by these policies.
Under United States Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (16 CFR Part 255), you must clearly and conspicuously disclose that you receive financial compensation or commission when promoting AIMuseClub referral links.
1. Program Eligibility & Account Status
Participation is open to verified registered users of AIMuseClub who are at least 18 years of age. Each affiliate is assigned a unique, immutable referral identifier. Affiliates act solely as independent promoters and do not hold employee, agency, or partnership status with AIMuseClub.
AIMuseClub reserves the right to suspend or revoke affiliate privileges at any time in cases of fraudulent activity, violation of these terms, or conduct detrimental to the brand.
2. Commission Rates & Calculation Base
- Default Commission Rate: 20.00% of net qualifying sales, unless a custom rate is granted in writing by platform administration.
- Net Sales Base: Commission is calculated on the actual Base USDC amount paid for digital photo collections, excluding network gas fees, refunds, taxes, or promotional discounts.
- Eligible Products: First-phase commissions apply exclusively to officially published 4K photo collections. Free models, candidate voting, and bookmarks do not generate commissions.
- Rate Changes: Administrative adjustments to global commission rates apply only to future orders. Historical commissions remain fixed at the rate in effect at order timestamp.
3. Attribution Windows & Invariants
- Click Cookie Window: 30 days from initial click. If a visitor registers within 30 days of clicking your link, an attribution bond is established.
- First-Touch Permanent Attribution: The first valid referral link clicked by an unregistered visitor establishes the permanent referrer upon signup. Existing registered users cannot be re-attributed or hijacked by other promoters.
- 90-Day Commission Eligibility: Commissions are earned on qualifying purchases completed within 90 calendar days following the referred user's registration date.
- One Referrer Per User: A customer account may only have one affiliate referrer.
4. Anti-Fraud & Prohibited Conduct
To protect platform integrity, the following activities will result in immediate commission disqualification, balance forfeiture, and account suspension:
You may not refer yourself, your own secondary wallets, or execute purchases using your own affiliate links.
Unsolicited bulk email (SPAM), social media bot spamming, fake discount codes, or misleading claims are strictly barred.
You may not register domains containing "aimuseclub" or bid on branded search keywords in Google/Bing Ads.
Forced redirects, hidden iframes, or automated click injection without genuine user interaction will void all referrals.
5. Refunds, Chargebacks & Commission Clawback
In the event that an order is refunded, cancelled, reversed, or disputed:
- Any pending or unpaid commission associated with that order will be cancelled immediately.
- If commission has already cleared to available balance, the equivalent amount will be deducted (clawed back).
- No commissions are deleted silently; full audit history is preserved in the ledger.
6. Payout Terms & Settlement
- Minimum Payout Threshold: $50.00 USDC.
- Disbursement Method: Base Network USDC transferred to the promoter's verified EVM wallet address.
- Manual Audit: All payout requests are audited manually by platform administrators before release to ensure no fraudulent or chargeback activity has occurred.
- Tax Obligations: Promoters are solely responsible for reporting and paying applicable federal, state, and local income taxes on affiliate earnings in their respective jurisdictions.
7. Limitation of Scope
Affiliate participation provides rights exclusively to promote existing public content for referral commissions. Affiliate status confers no creator rights to upload, publish, alter, or monetize original content or AI models on the platform. Content creator splits are governed by a separate, future creator program.
