Refund & Order Recovery Policy

1. Digital Goods Nature
AIMuseClub grants immediate access to private Ultra-HD photography originals upon on-chain Base USDC transaction confirmation. Due to the instant delivery of uncompressed digital media, completed purchases are generally final.
2. Pending Confirmation & Self-Service Recovery
If your Base USDC transfer was broadcast while an RPC node was waiting for block confirmations, do not send a second transfer. Open your Purchased Library or the checkout modal and click Re-verify Payment (or paste your 66-character Base transaction hash) to unlock your collection immediately once confirmed.
3. Approved On-Chain Refunds & Entitlement Revocation
In rare cases where a refund is approved due to a verified technical defect or duplicate transfer, refunds are settled on-chain in Base USDC back to the original buyer wallet address. Once the on-chain refund transaction is verified, collection access and download entitlements are automatically revoked and any associated affiliate referral commission is reversed.
